Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence , is currently recruiting a Project/Program Manager in Onology Area  The resource will join the R&D Unit – Project & Pipeline Management Team.

Key Responsibilities The interested candidateswill focus in supporting the Global Project Managers in the following activities:  Supports the project management team with administrative-organizational tasks.

Supports in the preparation of specific documents, on timely manner, in collaboration with the Global Project Managers Supports in the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific activities belonging to the R&D projects, according to emerging needs from Global Project Managers and the Head of PPMO.

Required Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent relevant education/experience.

2+ years of previous related project management experience • Knowledge and experience with computers including Microsoft Office Experience with scientific platforms is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English and Italian Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes Ability to select, collect, and organize the items in a collection (Curation) Analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to assimilate information quickly  Flexibility: strong ability in understanding priorities, sense of urgency and respect timelines Be detail oriented Familiarity with project management tools and language  Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Ability to manage relationships with different business units, internal colleagues and third-party vendors.

Positive attitude, works effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
