**Main Responsibilities / Activities

- Managing the projects purchasing of products and services through the purchasing team to meet the FlexLink Europe targets

- Develop vendors in line with company policy, providing expert advice on customers projects purchasing and contracting decision, focusing on cost, quality, availability and service

- Alignment of policies and practices decided at FlexLink and Coesia Group

- Secure that FlexLink European projects meet the annual targets defined by the FlexLink Europe Top Management

**Key Competences / Leadership Attributes

- A minimum of 5 years' experience of procurement for customers' projects within international purchase management with clear results

- Engineering or Economics University degree

- Financial forecasting & follow up and cash flow calculations

- Purchase management experience

- Knowledge and experience of contract negotiations

- Track record of leadership of International teams

- Experience of supplier relationship building on multiple levels

- Solid negotiation skills and experience

- Intercultural awareness

- Fluent English, both spoken and written
