**Posizione**:
We are looking for a **Project Quality Assurance and Control Specialist** to join the Quality department.
As an intern in the role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced QA/QC professionals to learn and develop the skills necessary for the role.
You will also contribute to the definition, planning and execution of special improvement projects that will contribute to the growth of the Company.
**Tasks and Duties**:
- Assisting and supporting the Head of in the planning and execution of special improvement projects also through the use of Lean Six Sigma approaches and techniques;
- Assist in developing project-specific quality plans, including defining quality objectives, establishing quality control measures, and identifying key quality checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle;
- Support QA/QC personnel in conducting inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
This may involve inspecting materials, equipment, construction activities, and documentation;
- Assist in identifying and documenting non-conformances, including deviations from project requirements, specifications, or established procedures.
Help in initiating corrective and preventive actions and tracking their implementation;
- Support the maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, test reports, and quality records.
Ensure that all documents are properly controlled, distributed, and archived;
- Assist in evaluating the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors, including conducting inspections, reviewing certifications, and monitoring their compliance with quality requirements;
- Support the conduct of internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with project quality objectives, processes, and standards.
Help in preparing audit reports and tracking the closure of identified non-conformances;
- Assist in collecting and analyzing quality data, including metrics, trends, and KPIs.
Contribute to the preparation of quality performance reports for project management and stakeholders;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by participating in lessons learned exercises, root cause analysis, and process improvement projects.
Provide input and suggestions for enhancing project quality control processes and procedures;
**Requisiti**:
**Technical Requirements**:
- Engineering master's degree in electrical / energy / electronic engineering;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Englis (knowledge of other languages would be a plus);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowePoint);
- Good knowledge of statistical techniques will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of MATLAB, Minitab, Microsoft Project will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of Project Management techniques will be a plus.

Availability to travel is required.
