Your Key Responsibilities

Project quality assurance of development project with target to meet customer satisfaction and to ensure safe launch which includes: Technical Compliance Management, Structured Problem Solving, Lessons Learned, ASPICE, Reporting of the QA performance Customer interface to relevant project quality topics Check and manage technical compliance towards the relevant accountable owner Strive for frontloading pushing to ensure the product and process Quality in Project and in Launch Phase Coaching and Steering the project team on process adherence and quality methods and activities Providing methodology support for resolution of Non-conformances Your Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering More than 5 years' experience in automotive project/plant quality management (knowledge in electronic and mechanic components) Work experience in EV motor quality control is highly preferred Good communication and problem-solving skills, teamwork spirit, and logical & structured thinking Good command of English As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
