**PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER

- Hierarchical: Site Quality Manager

- Functional: Project Manager

**Key Network & Links

- Internal: Site Quality Manager, Project Manager, Project Team, Worksite Quality Manager

- External : Customer, Suppliers/Subcontractors

**Mission

**Performance Measurement

- Personal & Department KPIs yearly defined by hierarchical manager

**Responsibilities

- Ensure the Quality assurance on the project and coordinate all quality activities throughout the project

- Prepare Project Quality Plan and support on the definition of specific procedures/plans for the project, according to corporate procedures and to customer requirements

- Coordinate quality activities of Alstom involved unit

- Manage non conformities by animating of problem solving and coordinating actions of the relevant stakeholders in the project.

Report quality alerts

- Measure and improve project quality performance

- For assigned projects, monitor compliance with applicable corporate and site procedure, through inspection and audits.

Support Site Quality Manager in processes monitoring and in management of Quality System

- Monitor supplier quality performance on the project and support supplier qualification

- Provide quality reporting

**Knowledge / Experience **(Necessary/Desirable)

- ISO 9001standard (Necessary)

- Experience in Project Quality Assurance / Management

- Experience as quality auditor (Desirable)

- Quality tools (8D, PDCA, ) (Desirable)

**Educational Requirements **(Necessary/Desirable)

- Engineering Degree or 2 years of work experience in Quality function

- Fluent English language (Necessary)
