We are currently looking for a Project Quality Manager for our pipeline project in Italy. She/He will establish, implement, document and control a project quality management system in accordance with the project requirements and needs in line with the company's quality management system. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures implementation on the Project of all the software related to the Construction Management System (CMS) both commercial and home made; prepare the project quality plan and related procedures as necessary in accordance with contractual requirements and to suit project organization; plan, execute and report project quality audit in accordance with schedule, criticalities, and contractual requirements; support project team with respect to all quality issues relevant to Client requirements and/ or any other part involved; define the minimum quality assurance/quality control requirements with respect to subcontracted activities, contributing to work requisitions preparation; coordinate intervention by site quality team and/or expediting and inspection team whenever subcontracts involve shop prefabrication activities; discuss and agree with the expediting and inspection dept. regarding the extent of inspections and quality control for supplies; evaluate technical proposals from potential subcontractors against quality assurance/ quality control requirements, attending clarification meeting if necessary; verify that subcontractors implement upon contract award a consistent quality system as agreed during negotiation phase; cooperate with the Project Quality Coordinator for reviewing the subcontractors quality system as implemented; prepare quality reports as necessary (weekly, monthly, etc. ) ensuring collection and review of data from project quality organization; participate to the selection of the quality team personnel; implement a non conformity management system to monitor status and to establish corrective actions as necessary; establish a system for the measurement of quality indicators to be used for the management review; organize and carry out presentations for induction purposes relevant to any Quality issues as deemed necessary Requirements: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree Having 8-10 years of practical experience in construction; Having 5-7 years of experience as Quality Control Coordinator; Previous experience on pipeline projects; Excellent knowledge of English Place of work : Central Italy This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
