JOB TITLE: PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT E&C SPECIALISTBUSINESS LINE: CorporateSaipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.

The Project Risk Management function is looking for a new resource to supervise the correct implementation of Company risk management methodology onto E&C projects in both the proposal and execution phases.

The function also promotes the spreading of risk management culture and ensures training for project resources. The function ensures that project risk activities are performed in agreement with approved Saipem standard procedures, and all risk information is captured and regularly updated by projects into Company tools.

Interface with the Corporate Risk Management function to ensure transparent and updated project risk profile monitoring. Responsibilities:During the commercial phase and bid preparation:Participate in the bid risk analysis and relevant risk review meetings to ensure the completeness and consistency of the risk register and final project risk profile. Support the Project Risk Manager, with the leadership of the Project Manager and involvement of all project key resources, in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring project risks, ensuring that the project risk profile is correctly and constantly updated. Check the consistency of the risk register for the Project Status Report (PSR) preparation, according to pertinent Project Risk Management processes and procedures. Organize and participate quarterly in the risk register review called "Check & Balance", consisting of a critical review of the risk register within the Company tool along with project responsible and project team members. Support the project team in capitalizing knowledge related to unforeseen events and risks/opportunities managed and mitigated successfully. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of spoken and written English. LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Previous proven experience in E&C risk management projects (4/5 years avg).

Previous experience in project management is preferred, along with coordination and managerial skills. IT SKILLS: Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Power BI (reporting systems), knowledge of risk management/project management guidelines (ISO 31000, PMBoK). SOFT SKILLS: Ability to work independently, good problem-solving mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate and interface with project teams. Priority is given to the inclusion of protected categories.
