Within Koch Engineered Solutions, Koch-Glitsch is seeking for a PROJECT SCHEDULER to work in Project Management Office.

This position has primary duties consisting of creating, monitoring, and updating the project schedule in accordance with best practices around Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM). What You Will Do In Your Role Stays current with Project Management and Critical Chain Methodology (CCPM) Working with the Demand PlanningManager and Project team to enter projects into Concerto in a timely manner while maintaining responsibility for the integrity of project networks.

Ability to critically review projects with the project team as it relates to tasks and durations Work with project managers to update new tasks in Concerto.

Update schedules during execution to include scope changes Work with Project Managers to help them understand schedule impact as it relates to scope changes.

Updating projects, ERP system and working with manufacturing on date changes.

Maintenance of Project Templates Train new Project Managers on use of Concerto Maintain and update users in Concerto Admin

Bachelor Degree in Business or a minimum a first experience in Scheduling for Engineering/Design Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing First experience in scheduling with Microsoft Projects or similar scheduling software Experience and familiarity with manufactured equipment Fluent English What Will Put You Ahead:
