_RELYANT Global, LLC_** is currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler for multiple Construction Projects in Vicenza, Italy. The Construction Scheduler is a hands-on role that requires good communication skills, both written and verbally. Preference for experience with Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of State, or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project life-cycle baseline schedules for largescale construction projects using Primavera P6 scheduling software with mínimal supervision

- Experience with the USACE Resident Management System RMS 3. 0 (preferred)

- Identifying critical path schedule activities and milestones

- Creating schedule logic and activity sequencing

- Performing schedule and activity optimization

- Performing cost, quantity, and labor resource loading, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting

- Variance Analysis

- Task sequencing

- Resource loading/planning and scheduling

- Trouble shooting and provide quick responses to production issues

- Risks/Opportunities Management

- Review supplier schedules and provide feedback to the project team

- Projects Reporting

- Provides regular reports to the project team.

- Sequence & schedule the project work elements and determine the resources required for each work element.

- Recovery Scheduling

- Interact with customers, managers, operation leaders and financial controller

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in construction management or a business discipline.

- 3+ years Commercial and/or Government construction project experience. (preferred)

- Experience with the USACE Resident Management System RMS 3. 0 (preferred)

- Experience in Department of Defense, Department of Energy or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction projects (preferred).

- Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-SP or AACE certification (preferred, but not required)

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manager multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with Microsoft Project

- Must be fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
