Position: Project Structural Engineer The selected candidate will be part of the engineering department, reporting directly to the Senior Project Structural Engineer, and will support all activities related to the frameworks and metallic structures supporting machines, workstations, and related accesses. Specific responsibilities include: Collaboration with the responsible person to provide specialized assistance in all phases of project development (from initial proposal stages to acquired installation and commissioning). Preliminary sizing with definition of the static schemes of the structures respecting the geometric constraints imposed by the plant layout and customer specifications with targeted proposals for optimal structural solutions. Foundation load calculations. Cost estimation. Preparation of technical specifications accompanying the requests for offers. Validation and alignment of received offers. Supervision of supplier activities aimed at quality control of the product. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Familiarity with FEM modeling; knowledge of MidasGen software is a plus. Knowledge of Autocad 2D and 3D applications. Knowledge of Office suite applications. Good knowledge of written and spoken English. At least three years of experience in the role of structural engineer.
