**Project Support & Planner**:

Axxam is opening a position for a Project Support & Planner, to join its Project & Performance Office (PPO) based in Bresso, Milano.

The Role reports hierarchically to the Head of PPO and interfaces with the operational structure in a matrix process logic.

The PSP participates in the management of the company's Capacity Planning by working closely with the Heads/Unit Managers who manage resources and confronting the Project Managers (PMs) and Principal Investigators (PIs) from the point of view of project needs.

It supports the Revenue Recognition & Forecast process and is responsible for identifying significant variations, highlighting their causes and risks in collaboration with PMs/PIs.

Produces and monitors the performance KPIs at the Portfolio level.

The individual in this Role must be skilled in both technical project management aspects and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and manage stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Formalize the coding of projects and the assignment of the corresponding manager (PI/PM) by sharing information with the appropriate roles and updating the Contracts database

Upload to the system, through iTSM and Order Book or ERP, all the projects just signed, in terms of structure, resources and revenue forecast

Personally manage the planning and system monitoring of projects considered to be of low complexity, in collaboration with the Project Referents

Support PMs and PIs in the system management of medium and high complexity projects

Monitor the activities of the Projects in the "Planning Scheduling", comparing with the Business Support, BD and Heads, controlling and aligning activities, timelines, resource allocation and dependencies between Teams

Support the Head of the PPO in managing the Order Portfolio by updating the revenues of the Contracts according to the progress of the works and the pass-through cost (PTC) of the projects, constantly interacting with Accounting for the monthly accounting closure

Monitor performance KPIs at the Portfolio level (active projects and associated operating revenues with relative breakdowns by market, territory, customer, and type of activity)

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering or Economics

Previous experience of at least 3 years in roles related to Capacity Planning, Project Support and Management (preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech sector)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

Excellent command of the company's Resource Management & Capacity Planning and ERP tools

Analytical skills and results orientation

Transversal/organizational/management skills

Excellent knowledge of English
