Your new roleAs our new Project Technical Secretary, you will be responsible for technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. Your key responsibilities will be:Provide organizational and administrative support to the project manager;Manage purchase orders and supplies;Draft project set-up according to Ramboll standards;Invoice management and coding;Technical review of documentation for site access;Collect documents and update database;Assistance to project accounting;Support the Project Manager in administrative aspects. About youDiploma or degree in technical or administrative disciplines;

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or consultancy sector;

Excellent command of IT tools, particularly Office packages;

Ability to work effectively in a team and to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization;

Fluent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
