Your new role

As our new Project technical secretary, you will be responsible for technical documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations. Ramboll develops innovative, scientifically sound solutions that help increase liveability by reducing pollution and restoring natural environments. Your key responsibilities will be:

Provide organizational and administrative support to the project managerManage purchase order and suppliesDraft of project set-up according to Ramboll standardInvoice management and codingTechnical review of documentations for site accessCollect documents and update databaseAssistance to project accountingSupport of Project manager in administrative aspectsAbout you

Diploma or degree in technical or administrative disciplinesPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or consultancy sectorExcellent command of IT tools, particularly Office packagesAbility to work effectively in a team and to communicate at all levels within and outside the organizationFluent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English (written and spoken)What we can offer you
