We are looking for a **Project Test and Commissioning Manager!

The role is in charge of "_On field_" management (construction sites throughout the italian Country).

Specifically the position will manage verification and testing activities aimed at commissioning railway signaling systems.

**Responsibilities are the following**:

- Deployment of T&C process on the field and make sure it is applied by the T&C team within the project.

- Management of internal interfaces with Project engineering, Installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers

- Delivery of T&C procedures, Method Statements and coordination of In-house trainings

- Preparation and management of Test & Commissioning works on field - Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistic,

- Take care of safety on field with guidance and support of the Project team member

- Management of issues and reports / alerts on a regular basis

- Management of QCD performance delivery

- Issue the REX on T&C activities, and proposes update / improvement of the T&C way of working / process / tools to optimize T&C performance.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electronics, Telecom, Electrical)

- Availability for frequent travel (80% of the work activity)

- Team working and problem solving skills

The position can be based at one of our offices at **Bologna, Rome, Bari or Florence.
