**Discover the role
The Project Transformation Intern will work closely with the Head of HR & Payroll Department to support the HR&P internal department reorganization, will work on the setup of the process documentation and the maintenance of the supporting materials, and track the progress of the HR&P automatization agenda.
S/He will be supported for growth and have an unlimited access to TMF Group Business Academy.
**Key Responsibilities
- Supporting initiatives and activities to improve HR&P Department operations;
- Helping continuous improvement, process innovation, and automation activities;
- Assisting in data acquisition, data analysis, and dashboard development;
- Contributing to the creation and the analysis of reporting such as productivity, profitability;
- Supporting gap analysis and related remedy actions activities;
- Assisting clients' onboarding programs;
- Helping the creation and the maintenance of the personnel capacity planning;
- Creating SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and other supporting materials;
- Becoming the point of reference for internal processes such as billing, KYC, Dax;
- Supporting the creation and the execution of the Dpt Training plan;
- Assisting in the organization of team-building events;
- Helping the RDC transitioning plan;
- Supporting the creation of PowerPoint presentation and department communications;
- Supporting Ad hoc projects.
**Key Requirements
- Good Knowledge of English (C1)
- Champion in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles/Project Management is considered a plus
- Responsible and organized
