The Projects & Business Relationship Management department of A&WM is looking for an additional HC to support the team.

The team is currently in charge of three different macro-activities:

- Project management: the team is responsible to design, coordinate and deliver the projects approved by P&D dealing both with external and internal stakeholders.

The span and purpose of projects are wide e. g. , expansion of geographical footprint, digital transformation, turnaround management and others

- Boutique relationship management: the team is responsible to daily deal with the boutiques of Generali Investments ecosystem in a various range of activities

- Client service: the team supports mainly Generali Investments Partners salespeople and SMEs from boutiques in various stages of relationship with prospective clients (RFPs/RFIs/DDQs management, client onboarding) and current clients (reporting).

Main Responsabilities:

- The resource will work closely to various departments both of Generali Investments Partners and of other boutiques to develop and implement cross-functional projects according to Product&Distribution strategy

- The resource will support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best outcome of the project, taking care of PMO activities, tracking status of the various projects in order to minimize delays and proactively manage any potential roadblock

- The resource will be responsible to manage proactively incidents during the implementation phase (if any) and to define the best workaround according to all significant stakeholders

- The resource will be responsible to identify and anticipate issues that may affect the outcome of the project

Requirements and skills:

- Project management & planning skills

- Ability to work effectively and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility in successfully dealing with out of comfort zone tasks

- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting

- Ability to listen and build relationships

- Experience at conflict negotiation and problem-solving

- Capability of setting expectations with stakeholders and achieving alignment and agreement

- Ability to break down silos both inside and outside an organization

- Ability to share-ownership and drive results as a team

- Ability to connect strategy to execution

- Capability to identify gaps and areas that require improvements

- Ability to identify the root cause of issues or problems

- Management industry will be considered a plus

- Quantitative mindset

- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite

- Strong knowledge of financial services industry, direct knowledge of Asset

- Excellent language skills (English and Italian are a must, other languages are a plus)

- Previous international experience will be considered a plus
