Projects Division - Project Support Internship
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to the Project Manager in organizing inspection and test visits of Customers and third parties at Prysmian factories or internal/external laboratories, including request of VISA, hotel booking and flights tickets.
- Organization of shipments of cables, accessories, installation equipment and consumables needed for the projects.
- Managing of shipping documents: shipping invoice, packing list, certificates, import/export declarations, instructions for custom paperwork's, loading/unloading documents, etc.
- Tracking and tracing of shipments: monitor and control the status of the orders and relevant deliveries.
- Project archive management: keep updated all the project archives regarding shipments and Intercompany purchase orders.
- SAP Activities:
- Issuance of Purchase Requisitions (PR) for the procurement of all the goods and services from external suppliers.
- Issuance of Call-Off orders (CO) for the procurement of all the goods and services from external suppliers, whenever a Long-Term Agreement is in place.
- Issuance of Intercompany Purchase Orders (I/C PO) for the procurement of all the goods and services provided inside Prysmian Group (i. e.
cables, accessories, installation and jointing services).
- Release of Order Confirmation to trigger the production processes in our plant (Arco Felice).
- Release of Customer Master Data for any new Customer to be codified and update of the current ones.
Who we are looking for?
- Master degree in Management Engineering/Economics
- Fluent English & Italian
- Knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel)
