Interface with regional Customer Fulfilment organization, provide and supervise regional SLA's; Develop and optimize concepts in order to increase efficiency and automate logistics processes (in-fence) and site related in-bound supply chains; Support European Road/Rail tender processes, lead negotiation, implement contracts on regional processing systems; Spot freight procurement for Road/Rail MoT for worldwide destinations using relevant systems (TiContract) basedon requests from Customer Fulfilment to ensure cost competitive transportation services; Ensure proper SAP processing of purchase orders/contracts for logistics services; Provide contracted freight rate informaiton in SAP (TM for settlement and calculation); Supervise, implement and optimize process for regular and extraordinary freight invoice processing; Drive harmonization and automation of regional logistics in-fence systems and contribute to logistics out-fence systems; Provide first level of assurance for assigned transportation safety controls; Coordinate and provide in-bound transportation services.

Skills:

Logistics or commercial graduation (or equivalent professional training and logistics qualification)At least 5 years' experience in logistics areaAptitude for cross-site coordinationSpecialist knowledge as expert of logistics processes and markets. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
