SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOUFinancial Administrative Property ManagementInvoice, collect, and manage all rental and service charge payments while ensuring smooth cash flowOversee lease administration—from contract setup to enforcement, renewals, and handoversProvide monthly financial reporting, including rent arrears, expenses, and service charge breakdownsManage rental adjustments, including indexation and income trackingPrepare service charge reports, differentiating recoverable and non-recoverable costs, and oversee landlord expense accountabilityPreparation of annual and pluriannual Budget CapEx/OpEx and execution of the planned works and maintenanceTechnical Property ManagementManage tenders, repairs, and CapEx projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance and budget controlCoordinate emergency responses and be available for critical incidentsRevision of maintenance plans, checking tenants' maintenance obligations according to Lease AgreementConduct quarterly property and tenant site visits to monitor conditions and address operational needsOversee insurance claims, from technical assessments to reimbursement negotiationsManage third-party providers, ensuring quality maintenance, legal compliance, and tenant satisfactionCommercial Property ManagementBuild strong tenant relationships, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environmentTrack business plans, ensuring financial and operational alignmentParticipate in asset valuation processes, assisting in acquisitions/dispositionsOversee property marketing initiatives, enhancing visibility, value and engagementSupport asset teams by providing strategic adviceESG, Reporting Data ManagementTrack and manage ESG performance data for all propertiesWork closely with tenants and third-party providers to improve energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainable operationsImplement and populate a Facility Management System and Data Documentation Management, ensuring accurate financial and operational dataMaintain real-time financial tracking, including weekly payment executionExecute annual service charge reconciliations and account closingsWhat You Need To Shine In This RoleProven experience (5+ years) in property, facility administrative managementIdeally experience in managing ESG data reporting complianceStrong autonomy, problem-solving skills ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyTeam player pro-client approach with assertiveness in managing stakeholdersTarget-driven proactive, ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverablesAnalytical mindset ability to work with property management systems (e. g.
