Role Description: Insertion within the Property Management Office team, Logistics & Living in managing property portfolios with various uses. Responsibilities: Mastery of all technical aspects of individual assets or property portfolios for industrial and logistics use; Periodic inspections to verify the condition of the property; Management of relationships with tenants occupying the properties; Management of suppliers, tenders, and contracts for the provision of goods and services; Preparation of CapEx and OpEx budgets and monitoring the progress of assigned activities; Management of routine, extraordinary, and regulatory maintenance interventions necessary for the property; Cataloging, archiving, and managing all documentation related to the property, available in original copy and on electronic support through the use of Virtual Dataroom; Preparation of periodic reports to be provided to property owners; Development of action plans and execution of activities to meet the ESG and Sustainability standards defined with clients. Personal Characteristics: Proactivity and curiosity, excellent organizational and planning skills, precision and attention to detail, high aptitude for teamwork, ability to work under pressure, commercial acumen, ability to prioritize activities and carry them out independently, multitasking approach, and goal orientation. Required Skills/Knowledge: Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, Master's in Real Estate or similar. Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years.
