Property Manager Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region. ? Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing site employees, daily operations, and increasing the overall value of the asset. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures. Essential Functions:Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance TeamsHold staff accountable for all responsibilitiesHire and develop teamCreate schedulesConduct performance evaluationsImplement realistic and attainable goalsLead and motivate team to ensure goals are achievedCreation and oversight of budgetTimely reporting and communication with Regional ManagerOversight of all third-party inspections Oversight of renovation projectsOther duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs.
