Partner with the best As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m) you'll prepare proposals and bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment.

You will contribute to the operational plan of own department.

As a Proposals Analyst (d/f/m), you will be responsible for: Developing and coordinating proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value.

May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.

Validating risk and rewarding balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment.

Executing the commercial hand-off process to ensure flawless execution.

Upholding the integrity and overseeing the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures.

Handling client requests through client portals.

Working with the product line sales Commercial teams within the region to build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.

Working on strategic opportunities and tenders; working in collaboration with the global stakeholders for select projects.

Coordinating and collaborating across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a successfully completed your studies in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.

Have proven experience in a commercial environment.

Be able to work unaccompanied and demonstrate leadership skills.

Have commercial experience and awareness of pricing, bids and the tendering process.

Demonstrate good problem-solving skills.

Be fluent in Italian and have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
