Your Tasks- Operational handling of tenders in Italy in the medical device sector

- Elaboration and timely compilation of all relevant proposal/tender documents

- Communication and coordination with the responsible departments at Headquarters

- Review and control of all agreements/contracts (product specifications, delivery times, etc.

)

- On site meetings at public authorities whenever needed, e. g. , for preliminary market consultations

- Your Profile- Bachelor's degree or higher degree (university, FH) in an economic or science-related field, ideally in a discipline related to healthcare

- Experience in public procurement is advantageous

- Very good process and solution-oriented way of working

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Fluently in Italian and English, written and spoken as well

- Open minded, team player, self-reliant, positive attitude and appearance

- Willingness to travel

- Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 41, 691. 44.
