**Posizione**:

We are looking to hire a skilled Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Engineer to support Operation & Maintenance

Department during BID phase.

He/she should have experience in tendering phase (drafting of technical annexes / economical offer development), follow-up of maintenance-oriented continuous improvement projects and predictive maintenance.

As a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Engineer, he/she will be required to:

1.

Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements

2.

Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation.

3.

Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate.

4.

Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents.

5.

Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan.

6.

Identify, collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment.

7.

Organize the plant asset database.

8.

Plan maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program.

9.

Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality.

10.

Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis, i. e.

RBI and RCM.

11.

Support plant design and layout of the facilities to make sure the accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed.

12.

Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors.

13.

Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives.

**Requisiti**:

1.

Proven work experience as Operation & Maintenance engineer.

2.

Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.

3.

Ability to read system schematics.

4.

Advanced troubleshooting skills.

5.

Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

6.

Good communication and training skills.

It is required high competence in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Data Base like ACCESS or similar

We require fluent English
