What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be… Sizing and technical definition of the items to quote.

Identify alternative techniques solutions that may increase the competitiveness of the offer.

Develop and provide the technical offer in all its contents including the preparation of any supporting technical attachments, if necessary or requested.

Lead time and freight allocation.

Draw up the technical offer which will be approved by the Product Management and the Commercial Management.

Take charge of the technical alignments required during the budgeting phase under the supervision of the Product Manager.

Take charge of the negotiations requested during the budgeting phase.

Offer support to quotationists in technically evaluating offers and discussing technical aspects with subcontractors.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be… Degree in Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalent background.

2/3years of previous working experience in international companies for similar positions.

Knowledge of basic quotation preparation.

Experience collaborating closely with cross functional teams across Business Development, Engineering and Product.

Demonstrated knowledge, at a proficiency level, of Italian/English languages, both written and spoken.

Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office.

Customer-focused and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through.

Excellent writing skills, a technical and analytical mindset.

Comfortable communicating with, and gaining consensus from, internal leadership teams.

Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
