Job Description:Responsibilities include:

Assembly and preparation of the Plan of Work regarding installation activities and providing necessary input to planners for overall POW assembly. Participation in negotiations and clarification meetings with the Customer after proposal presentation. Revisions of the tender package as necessary due to negotiations or changes in Customer requests. Compliance with internal rules and procedures throughout the process. At the contractual stage, the main activities are as follows:

Participation in internal Kick-Off Meetings. Transmittal of relevant information to the project team and departments involved in project execution, including costs, qualifications, assumptions, technical documentation, and other relevant information. Participation in internal clarification meetings with relevant departments. Participation in meetings with the Customer and/or Subcontractors. Providing technical assistance to relevant departments. Involvement in detailed engineering aspects aimed at construction. Assessment of potential changes since the tender stage in terms of technical solutions, contractual issues, risks, costs changes, and final collection of Lessons Learnt for future tendering processes. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Curiosity and eagerness to learn quickly and improve autonomy. Precision, proactivity, problem-solving, and target orientation. Ability to understand and conceptualize complexity into concise frameworks. Pragmatic and flexible with the capability to handle and adapt to priorities. Flexibility to manage changes during work. Good relationship approach and team working capability. Knowledge and familiarity with basic software like Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and web usage. Willingness to undertake short but frequent trips, both domestic and abroad. For experienced candidates, at least fulfilling one of the added-value requirements below. POSSIBLE ADDED-VALUE REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a similar role and area. Knowledge of/experience in land cable installation or civil works from operational or engineering roles. Experience in proposal engineering activities such as costing, planning, subcontracting, technical proposal preparation, and negotiation, preferably related to land installation or other areas.
