On behalf of our client, a worldwide leader in delivering advanced industrial automation products and systems, we are looking for a:

Proposal Leader for Manufacturing Plant:

The Proposal Leader for Manufacturing Plant will be responsible for proposal concept design, layout and production system sizing, development of technical specification for Manufacturing Line & Plant, development of functional description, benchmarking from a Technical and Economical point of view.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Define the proper manufacturing process based on customer product and requirements Define the machine concept and develop the mechanical scope, sharing info with the Control Engineer Understand the functionality of the equipment starting from machine schemes and laboratory equipment Define and check the correct manufacturing/installation spec with detail drawings Choose the best technical solutions using Companystandards and internal/external design guidelines Improving Equipment Expected output and costs targets of his/her part of project defined and shared with System Engineer and Project Engineer Support the handover to the execution team Prepare documentation for customer deliverables.

Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as Sales quotations, planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

REQUIREMENTS:

High school technical degree or Degree in engineeringPrevious experiences as Proposal/Technical Sales LeaderKnowledges in process development and other cross functional experiences are desirableMinimum experience in mechanical design is a plusFluent EnglishGood communication skills, leadership, business orientation, result driven, problem solving LOCATION:
