Azienda Aerospace Manpower is looking for an Aerospace Company for PROPOSAL MANAGER - COST ENGINEER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: According to applicable Bid Process and to the Bid Organization role, the main tasks and responsibilities are: Support the preparation of internal documentation for Gates approval Support the preparation/writing of the proposal and associated documentation Contribute to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons Verify the Compliance status of all proposal elements, ensuring proposal schedule is respected Identify the supply chain to set up for the project Follow the Proposal template, the list of annexes and documentation – in line with customer request and sales policy Support the preparation of Storyboard and Mockups Ensure the proposal schedule is respected Support Red team organization and manage feedback and re-working activities Support the definition in the offer/contract of the terms and the necessary conditions (including requirements relating to the payment plan) Manage cost consolidation techniques Support cost engineering effort in terms of design to cost SKILLS: Engineering or Economic education High English writing level Soft Skills: Accountability, Team spirit, Coordination attitude, and ability to lead teams We offer a permanent contract.
