Webuild Group is looking for a Proposal Manager to strengthen its Corporate structure, based in Milan/Rome. The selected candidate, within the Group Bidding & Engineering function, will have the following responsibilities: Manage the project (tender) ensuring the correct execution of the activities required by the tender and company procedures, respecting the highest quality standards and deadlines; Analyze the tender documents to identify and deepen critical aspects of the tender to report in the Go – No Go request, particularly regarding the preliminary budget of the offer, including estimated costs for any specialized consulting, preliminary risk analysis considering technical risks and risks related to counterparties and significant financial and contractual profiles; Prepare and implement a clear strategy for acquiring the initiative, shared with the involved company functions; Prepare the tender organization chart, agreeing on the resources to allocate with all company functions involved in the process; Schedule and monitor the activities of offer development, from the Kick Off Meeting to the final delivery and reordering; Manage the activities of the Proposal Team through constant monitoring and convening periodic meetings and in-depth workshops, to ensure compliance with the tender requirements, respect for deadlines, and alignment with the common strategy for the offer study; Coordinate the activities of the company functions supporting the Proposal Team; Convene and lead formal review meetings with top management; Manage relationships and contacts with the Client/Contracting Authority and any partners during all phases of the offer, from Go – No Go to acquisition; Prepare summary documents in coordination with the involved organizational units for final presentation and approval by the Bid Development Committee; In case of acquisition, prepare the offer reordering booklet for the transfer of the project to Operations. Required Qualifications: Previous experience of 10 years in structured B2B environments; Degree in Engineering; Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written; Previous experience in managing offers for complex projects with Italian and international stakeholders (EU and Extra EU); Additional qualifications include knowledge of project management techniques, cost analysis, FIDIC standards, planning techniques, and control of construction site activities.
