Olon has a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 9 R&D centers across the globe. We are looking for a Proposal Specialist to strengthen the Sales & Marketing team. The resource will be responsible for: Preparation of proposal and costing for CDMO customers; Lead coordination within internal functions to meet customer expectations (internal and external); Use technical knowledge to prepare quotation packages based on the product information and internal experience; Match customer needs with capabilities within the Company supply base and actively manage the internal evaluation process to ensure timely quote turn-around; Quote Agreement creation, revisions, reporting; Quotation maintenance and follow-up – (renewals, updates, forecasts, availability, substitutions, closure); Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations; Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager; Other – Quote analysis, validation, Reporting, win/loss analysis, identify continuous improvements and opportunities, etc. Qualifications, Skills & Experience A subject-related educational qualification no less than a Bachelor degree, the subject can be Chemistry or CTF Excellent command of spoken and written English language Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters Knowledge of modern information technology and online services and technological resource (e. g. internet, computers, softwares) to extract information Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with colleagues You will find: A dynamic, constantly evolving work environment, open to creativity and personal contribution Training Program to increase your personal and professional skills Courses for recent high school graduates and graduates Internal career paths: we believe in internal growth and cultivate our managers An inclusive environment that fosters integration of different cultures and mindsets Olon is committed to providing equal opportunities in employment.
