Job Description:Job Responsibilities Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate closely with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders. Experience and Requirements Experience: 2 - 4 years in the role of Proposal Specialist, Jr Proposal Manager, or Jr Project Engineer, in large-scale infrastructural and building projects. Management Skills: Proficient in managing proposals and bids, including collaboration with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with attention to detail and proposal presentation. Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process. Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.
