Propositions Lead
Role purpose**:
The central creation and delivery of customer focused, differentiated strategic propositions is critical to the future success of Vodafone Business; this is a core aspect to ensure a customer centric, future looking, and efficient execution of our 'TechCo' journey
Based in Europe with a global remit and reporting to a Senior Propositions Manger, a Propositions manager is accountable for setting the propositions strategy, creating a plan, and delivering strategic propositions in, and across the Vodafone Group Business portfolio of products and services.
This includes cross-function/country working with our colleagues and partners to fully understand our customers' pain points across different countries, segments, and industries, and to create market leading, differentiated solutions that help our customers grow and achieve more.
Targeted against Annual Order Volume (AoV), propositions penetration, customer and stakeholder satisfaction, and timely delivery of proposition projects, this role will assist in generating momentum in our 'TechCo' journey. , with a core objective to ensure that Vodafone Business global products and services resonate exceptionally well with our target customer base and are delivered and articulated expertly to our customers through our Go To Market (GTM) and Sales teams.
You will join a function of other highly skilled propositions, Go-To-Market (GTM), ands sales support professionals each focusing on different areas of the business and be part of our overall Business working to provide market leading products, services, and solutions for Vodafone Business customers across the Globe.
As a Proposition Manager within our team, you will manage Propositions in and across one of our core portfolios; Infrastructure (Connectivity and Cloud), Security, Devices and Communication (Mobility, UC, Digital apps) or our Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
You will be responsible for setting the proposition direction and working across the teams to ensure go-to-market execution, and commercial and experience performance of your proposition.
You will lead the execution of key activities and utilise your experience to create best in class propositions that excite our customers, provide differentiation for Vodafone, and that drive commercial success.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Developing and planning proposition strategy for a portfolio or across portfolios and objectives (identifying target markets, target setting, performance management)
- Defining the Customer Issue: Delivering customer and competitive insight to support the development of future propositions
- Designing the Solution: Creating, testing, and iterating proposition concepts across segments, channels and
- Articulating Why Vodafone: ensuring clear understanding and articulation of why the proposed Vodafone solution is differentiated in the market
- Creating a proposition calendar for the portfolio and working closely with GTM and marketing colleagues to ensure cascade of messaging to customers across all categories.
- Managing relationships with GTM, Sales, Commercial, Marketing, & Product leads to ensure that propositions are achieving commercial objectives
- Working closely with Product Managers to ensure future proposition requirements are captured and executed
**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**:
- Experience in creating and launching propositions - ideally in a telco or Techco business to business environment
- Experience in Connectivity, Security, Cloud essential
- Experience of working cross-functionally, in a matrix team across countries
- Commercial understanding with ability to deduce and measure KPI's
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships (up to Director level)
- Awareness of Vodafone Way behaviours, Vodafone
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Business / Marketing degree or relevant qualifications/experience.

- Achievement of proposition business case, KPIs and on time delivery.
- Customer Promoter and Quality measures and peer reviews
- On time delivery of activities
