Provider Health Economic And Value Strategist

We are looking for a Provider Health Economic (HE) (f/m/d) and Value Strategist (f/m/d) who will collaborate with the Country Value Strategist, Health Economics & Outcome Research, Provider selling (PST) and Provider Marketing teams, playing a key role as an internal liaison.
In this role you will be key for the alignment and integration of the PST needs delivering HE strategies and tools to support the value of our devices in the Europe south cluster that could be further adapted at country level (France, Italy, Spain).
Provider HE will work in a cross-functional team (product specialists, sales, marketing, etc. . . ) to develop clinical and economic evidence to also support local sales and value messages for GORE products.
This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Italy, Spain or France
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a HE expert within the Provider Selling Team to support them in dealing and meeting efficiency requirements from Provider customers
- Provide alignment for HE tools development within the Health Economics and Provider Selling strategy by facilitating internal engagements
- Support country value strategist in giving input to economic models, utilizing economic analyses as well as associated evidence (definition and collection), to drive value propositions for Providers
- As part of a cross functional team ensure a successful definition of value propositions is built for purchasing and/or tendering stakeholders
- Assisting in the processes of identifying, developing, and communicating an impactful value proposition to Providers and Intermediaries as part of a cross functional Team (Product Specialist/Product Manager, Strategic Marketer, Field Sales Associates, Health Economics, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
)
- Partner and collaborate with the Health Economics and Outcome Research, Country Value Strategist, Provider Sales Organization, Tendering, Provider Marketing, and Business Operations Teams to ensure successful communication of Gore's total value offering to Providers, as well as to articulate the value case supporting the development of specific marketing materials
- Work across Gore businesses to enable the execution of commercial strategies to drive profitable growth in a dynamic and constrained healthcare environment where cost saving is a main focus in the current economic circumstances
- Work cross-functionally with Provider Marketers, Product Specialists, Strategic Marketers to develop value communication tools in collaboration with HE
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree with a postgraduate qualification, preferably a master's degree, in Health Economics, Public Health, Political Science, Lifesciences, Economics, Health Information Management or a related business
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences
- Demonstrated ability to create and interpret clinical and economic evidence, including methodology and analysis, to support new and commercialized products
- Proven ability to organize, priorities and drive the business to success
- Good sense and knowledge of economic aspects and helps in the decision-making process of the business
- Ability to teamwork
- Being informative, persuasive, and influential, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Being able to balance the clinical performance of a MD with the willingness of markets to pay for it.
Strong project management skills, and an ability to work ahead of deadlines, are essential, as well as an understanding of local markets
- Very good command of English
- Willing to travel up to 60% of time
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Fluent level of Italian, French or Spanish would be considered an advantage
- Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore's remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
