**PTC Solution Architect

As a PTC Solution Architect, reporting to Digital Business Manager, you will take high-level responsibility for the daily management of multiple projects, ensuring the quality of work produced meets our client's priorities.

Our focus is helping clients extract value from software solutions, not just on making the technology work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve a balance between meeting client obligations, supporting their needs, and being an ambassador.

- Develop business solutions, working with business process owners, department heads, departments, I. T and others in our client ecosystem

- Participate in regular conversations with project sponsors on their digital thread journey and opportunities for growth

- Design the technical architecture for the solutions in a manner that allows ease of use and quick adoption by users in all the involved business groups for a diverse set of clients in the industries

- Develop, and provide oversight to the development team related to the solution design, testing and deployment of the software solutions

- Provide leadership in the development and sharing of complex, market-valued intellectual capital

- Collaborate as an important member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client and align the solution with final terms and conditions

**Consulting**:

- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects to manage internal and external consultant teams and to work with senior management

- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in a team environment

- Gain and sustain executive relationships as a trusted business advisor

- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect

- And collaborate with clients, peers, and managers

- Establish and meet milestones and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of PLM software solution capabilities, such as Windchill, Agile 9, NGC, Centric, Teamcenter and IoT software solutions such as Thingworx.

- 7+ years relevant experience in PLM software solutions: Windchill, FlexPLM ThingWorx, Agile 9

- 6+ years minimum experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

- Experience leading the implementation, validation and deployment of scalable, commercial PLM solutions in a client-facing setting

- Business critical software development and rollout in organizations

- General knowledge of Agile and SDLC software development practices and technical documentation (requirements, functional specifications, test plan)

- Previous consulting experience

- And able to tailor complex messages into simplified and business applicable material for important partners

- Must be willing to travel up to 80
