ACTIVITIES:Monitoring and analysis of project costs at various stages compared to the forecasts and actuals of previous projectsPreparation of budget and forecast projections. Analysis of the project's economic performance. Preparation of reports to highlight discrepancies and optimization areas. Economic simulations to support optimization proposals. Support in preparing commercial proposals with the goal of acquiring technical skills to promote partial autonomy in the technical evaluation of offers for internal and external comparisons. Comparison of internal costs against competitor and subcontractor benchmarks. Support in creating an internal cost database for validating commercial proposals for new tenders, with the aim of continuously optimizing economic offers.
