The objective of this role is to engage with all the external stakeholders who influence vaccination policy decisions, ensuring, the management of relationships with National Healthcare Institutions, Healthcare Organizations and Representatives of professional associations, (e. g.

:

CARD (Confederazione Associazioni Regionali di Distretto (Confederation of Regional District Associations)), FIMMG (Federazione Italiana Medici di Medicina Generale (Italian Federation of General Practitioners)), FIMP (Federazione Italiana Medici Pediatri (Italian Federation of Paediatricians)), etc.

), Associations of citizens and patients, Think Tanks, in order to promote the image of the company and foster access to market for the company's vaccines in different areas of vaccine prevention, in close collaboration with other corporate functionsin full respect of corporate compliance, national laws and regulations and the Farmindustria Code of Ethics. MAIN ACTIVITIESEstablishes, maintains and develops appropriate relationships with all national stakeholders who influence vaccine policy decisions, in order to ensure the most appropriate access and the right resources in the context of national vaccine prevention.

Public Affairs Manager ensures multi-stakeholder coordination (stakeholders engagement plan). Collects and analyses the national dynamics of access to vaccination plans, in collaboration with other corporate functions involved, for better access of the SP vaccines in national vaccination plans.

In doing so, works towards adopting and monitoring action plans adapted to diverse healthcare and social contexts; handles, for this purpose, diversified communicational tools and materials, especially prepared for proper and contextualized communication of the value of innovation, and specifically designed to meet the institutional needs of the interlocutor that deals with access to vaccine prevention. Contributes to communicating the value of vaccination for public health and the savingsfor the National Healthcare Service among decision-makers, using appropriate economic evaluation studies, provided by the MA or other corporate structures. Gathers Customers needs with respect to projects aimed at demonstrating the value of vaccine prevention through collaboration with other corporate functions. Is responsible, for the matters within responsibility for the implementation of the National Plan, adapting it to the evolving scenario and preparing, in case of deviations, proper corrective actions, also performing a "competitive intelligence" monitoring in the area, so as to understand the Importante Azienda dynamics of the regional context. Provides support and ensures collaboration and synergy between the corporate functions involved:

by contributing to the definition of the access action plan identifying the activities to be implemented and the necessary resources. by identifying and implementing specific actions needed to launch new vaccines in coordination with other functions. by collaborating with the HTA (Health Technology Assessment) in all its aspects (commissions, publications, etc.

ability to identify and segment KOLs, decision-makers and relevant stakeholders of the area in scope. Excellent relationship building skills:

Strong understanding of the policy context in terms of regulations and institutional structures and ability to develop effective strategies in order to build and maintain partnerships with relevant institutions and political authorities. EXPERIENCEShould ideally have three years of working experience in the field of vaccines in pharma company. Extensive working experience in the healthcare sector, the pharmaceutical industry or in the political and institutional environment.
