Public Health Regional Specialist Representative
The Public Health Regional Specialist Representative is accountable to execute selling strategies and promotional activities, to achieve assigned objectives and sales targets in the relevant territory within the Commercial Operations, Italy organization.
Working with the Sales Manager of Commercial Operations Italy, the Regional Specialist Representative's primary responsibilities include: creating customer value, demand and advocacy for Seqirus brands within the tender process in the assigned territory, the promotion of Seqirus portfolio to physicians and other key stakeholders and relevant users' groups, building and maintaining relationships with decision makers, executing promotional activities in the relevant territory to foster sell-out.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor constantly the annual tender product demand for Seqirus brands and competitors in the respective territory;
- Promote Seqirus products to physicians and key stakeholders:
- Propose requests for sponsorships congress/scientific event participation in the territory of responsibility and in compliance with Seqirus policies;
- Bring insights gathered to ensure that the tender specifications fully address the needs of the key decision-makers in these processes;
- Provide to Manager all information on tender to ensure that the submissions fully address all tender technical and administrative requirements providing the required details and timelines;
- Provide field and market intelligence.
- Establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory with the end goal of building advocacy at these levels;
- Foster a dynamic stakeholder management through agreed initiatives aimed to support the improvement of local programs and policies;
- Accountable for regularly visiting face to face all KOLs and physicians to build and maintain relationships within the relevant territory and in compliance with Seqirus policies;
- Provide to Manager feedback from the field.
- Achieve the territory sales targets and market shares.
- During sell-out campaign periods, focus on enhancing execution, identifying and exploiting opportunities to increase sales against tender forecast volumes;
- Execute marketing tactics and related activities;
- Provide to Manager and Customer Service information on orders and expected customer order workflow and to correctly respond to all questions and objections raised by customers;
- Accountable for reporting all Adverse Events (AE) to Pharmacovigilance (PV) within 24 hours after receipt.
- Completion of all administrative reports including, but not limited to, time management, expenses and claim reports;
- Maintain updated client files and records
- Keep the CRM updated;
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge attending trainings and studying the materials provided by Medical Affairs and Marketing to ensure alignment with scientific and marketing strategies;
- Share best practices across the organization;
Qualifications and Experience:
- Confidence in communicating in English in a business context is a plus
- 3-5 years working experience in the role in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Industry
- Experience in the vaccine area preferred
