No Offer Description In a socioeconomic context characterized by complex social challenges and a reduction in public financial resources, the project aims to map and analyze public-private collaborations in the welfare sector.
The emergence of such collaborations responds to the need to innovate the management and provision of services through the application of the principle of horizontal subsidiarity.
Today, the forms that such collaboration can take are numerous; some are regulated by procurement codes (e. g. , PPP), while others rely on alternative mechanisms.
Opinions also vary regarding the actual benefits of these practices both within organizations and in relation to the results achieved.
The objective is to identify replicable best practices and to define the elements that determine the success or failure of public-private collaborations, depending on the type of service offered and the socioeconomic context.
