Public Relations Expert (M/F)
Reporting to the Marketing, Digital & Communication Director, be responsible for developing and accelerating Eau Thermale Avène (ETA) Italy public relations & digital PR strategy, by coordinating the actions with marketing and digital team and according to the brand objectives.
Promote and modernize ETA image and visibility through traditional communication (media offline), PR activities and digital PR, working in synergy with the whole ETA team and other functions.
**MAIN MISSIONS
- Develop, implement, track and optimize Public Relations plans for ETA Italy in order to promote the visibility of the brand and modernize our approach towards journalists and influencers.
- Coordinate the PR activity for ETA in terms of actions and information to the different partners in coordination with marketing and digital team.
- Develop a strong influencer strategy respecting the brand positioning and values.
- Create contents and special projects for consumers with dermatologists/doctors according to the brand strategy and in collaboration with the medical team.
- Manage local special projects; by Interfacing with agencies, editors and our internal buyer.
- Carry out reports on results, press clipping, press impact, competitors performance, regarding events, actions, influencers investment and PR activity.
Analyse the ROI of every single animation.
- Schedule, organize and develop ETA events/activities/projects according to the budget allocated.
- Monitor the investment and manage own costs according to ETA team and finance.
- Keep in contact with the HQ in order to adapt processes and activities relevant to the subsidiary
- Participate in the organization of press conferences, working meals and breakfasts, work meetings, and travels with the press; arranging for reservations, schedules and materials required for their realization and other events.
- Collaborate with the different functions in the selection of sites, meeting and conference rooms, presentations, public relations, special events
- Be the contact for the external information and communication for ETA with press, professionals and key opinion leaders according with the internal organization.
- Localize and create efficient offline media plan according to marketing and digital team.
Working with HQ, local agencies (creativity, production -radio
- and media).
- Create, bring, maintain strong and solid relationship with journalists, influencers, ambassadors in order to promote, reinforce, develop and modernize ETA image.
- Profil recherché
**Education**:
5 years of higher education (Business School, journalism, political
sciences, postgraduate qualification in PR/Events planning)
**Experience**:
At least 6-8 years' experience relating to communication/organization of events
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/cosmetics environment
Fluent English
