**Role purpose**:
This position is about designing, enlarging and measuring the Public Sector go to market, increasing and protecting mobile&fixed customer base, proactively target incoming frame agreements in fast growing segments and working closely to the sales team to build relevance.
You will be responsible for every aspect of the offer and customer base management with a special focus on developing customer base value, increase revenue, using tools and collaterals.
To achieve your objective, you will have to interact with all Vodafone Business departments involved in product development and implementation, including IT, Sales and Finance.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
Commercial Business Impact
- Create and own market requirements specifications and processes for the product (s) and related offers.
Responsible for taking services through the Italian product development processes
- Accountable for design and processes of new product/frame agreements.
This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre group product collateral and training materials, product marketing and PR activities, product innovation and rationalisation
- Actively develop and execute best customer base life cycle experience to improve/innovate/simplify customer journey and delight them
- Managing key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (mainly Product Management, Technology Functions)
- Accountable for product-related costs (capex and opex) and their impact on competitiveness
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Knowledge of the main KPI of our customer base, fixed offer and corporate market process
- Significant hands-on experience on product management, product lifecycle management and product development
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority
- Passionate for Marketing product development and project management
- Willingness to learn and teamwork through agile methodology
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Graduated (Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics)
- ICT/Telco Product Management experience
- Excellent MS office skills, excel in particular
