Marsh is seeking graduates for the following position based in Milan office:

**Public Tender Specialist

**We will count on you to**:

- Creates templates for proposals and presentations following predefined formatting standards.

- Manages the proposal/presentation development process by developing work plans/schedules for typical RFP projects.

- Manages opportunity strategy formulation, working closely with Client Managers/consulting team to help identify client/prospect business-drivers, and create the optimal proposal / presentation communication strategy, corresponding theme, and graphic approach.

- Have a great ability to get involved and to find out the best strategy to be able to write proposal / presentation

- Work with a variety of internal resources and tools to research, obtain and integrate specific information about operating company into proposals and presentations.

- Participate in strategy discussion of operating company differentiators for specific opportunities.

- Reviews drafts from team contributors for clarity, conciseness, logic, flow, tone, completeness, accuracy, precision, consistency and credibility.

**What you need to have**:

- Degree in marketin / communication or similar

- Relationship skills to collect the necessary documentation from colleagues;

- Time management skills

- Well organized and efficient with the ability to work within tight timescales

- Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to develop additional skills

- Very high attention to detail

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Adobe Indesign.

- Able to engage others in order to ensure that objectives are met
