We are looking for a Publisher Development Manager who will be responsible for growing our penetration with publishers in key verticals.
This role reports to the Senior Partnership Manager, and works closely with Sales, Delivery and Tech teams to continuously provide the best possible publisher and traffic mix for the programs in Tradedoubler portfolio.
The Publisher Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, vetting, and making initial contact with qualified publishers.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting on screening: to approve and deny publishers on the affiliate programs based on the brand and the network quality guidelines.
- Supporting publisher recruitment process: to look for publishers which could be a good fit for a brand
- Supporting on publisher migration: to onboard publishers on the network as per clients guidelines.
- Reporting: to assist with the clients reporting on a weekly basis, monthly basis and as per requested.
- Researching market insights: to keep up to date with the affiliate marketing news and market insights
- Network management: co-ordinate network payments, publisher queries and partner quality checks
- Assisting on other tasks as per the clients request not covered by the Partnerships Team.
- ; Those tasks are usually related to the affiliate program strategy in order to help with the affiliate program growth
- Competitor analysis: to analyse a brand against the competitors for business purposes.
- GAP analysis: to analyse a brand and the competitors in order to find any gaps which could be filled from the partners and strategy point of view.
- Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to identify and drive business development opportunities
**Professional requirements
- 3+ years experience working in the Ad Tech/Saas/Affiliate space (mandatory)
- Experience pitching media solutions or formats
- Experience dealing directly with small and medium sized publishers
- Programmatic expertise and a deep understanding of the digital landscape
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to position Tradedoubler Publisher suite benefits and unique selling proposition to publishers
- Strong track record of consistently meeting/exceeding new business and revenue targets
- Detail orientated with strong negotiation skills
- Passion and curiosity for mobile and digital advertising
- Team player with a growth mindset and drive to win
- Ability to grasp technical concepts e. g.
basic HTML/JavaScript would be an advantage.

- Italian and English mandatory
- Positive outlook, proven ability to handle pressure
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato, Apprendistato, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Stipendio: €25. 000, 00 - €35. 000, 00 all'anno
