Publisher Success Manager
Job Description What you will do: Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the client's side Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departments Requirements Who you are: 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types Deep understanding of the Italian digital market Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends Master's/Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required) Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets Experience in Client Service roles Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus J-18808-Ljbffr
