Job DescriptionWhat you will do:Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the marketDaily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clientsOptimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperationConstantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the client's sideNegotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutionsWork in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and cross departmentsRequirementsWho you are:
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sectorExcellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectationsStrong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality typesDeep understanding of the Italian digital marketVerifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisersStrong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trendsMaster's/Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google SheetsExperience in Client Service rolesExperience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
