To manage it in an increasingly data-based and cooperative way, we are looking for a Publishing Analyst to join the Strategy team at Sanoma Learning. Key AccountabilitiesEfficiently collects, sanitizes and harmonizes data, making sure it is consistent and complete;Analyses Publishing data to derive actionable insights and presents them in dashboards;Maintains Publishing (including Stage-Gate) documentation in good order so that it is easy and efficient to use by all stakeholders;Builds deep understanding of Sanoma Learning's Publishing portfolio and conceptual frameworks needed to analyse and manage it, including the needed terminology and taxonomy. Key requirementsPassionate about publishing, books, education;Has an instinct for ordering things, and therefore derives satisfaction from building taxonomies, categorizing and structuring information;Has meticulous attention to detail that can be always trusted;Experience with Power BI for report creation and maintenance – or willingness to learn it quickly with the support of experienced colleagues;Experience with Sharepoint / Teams / Office 365 for managing and storing documentation – or willingness to learn it quickly with the support of experienced colleagues;At least 3-5 years of relevant experience;Not a prerequisite but will be an advantage:Proficiency in connecting Power BI to various data sources;Experience in creating data-driven PowerPoint visuals;Prior experience in education and/or publishing businesses;Knowledge of other languages from our footprint (Spanish, Italian, Polish, French, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish).
