**What does the role involve?

**:

As an PTP specialist, you'll deliver accounting services for different market organization and you will be part of an amazing international team in Milan.

Your responsabilities include:

Perform compliant Purchase to Pay processes and consistent and correct financial bookings in the area of Invoice Management, Travel & Expense management & Vendor Account Management;

review & keep vendor related balance sheet accounts up to date and prepare accurate accruals for vendor invoices & expenses;

be a sparring partner for the entity contacts by linking business decisions to Purchase to Pay processes and by delivering and improving agreed Purchase to Pay services to the entities in scope;

support your Team Leader in the onboarding & training of PtP accountants/peers & employees in the entities in scope to drive operational excellence & compliance;

identify and drive PtP process and service level improvements using continuous improvement (CIP) tools and best suited technologies.

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor or master's degree in business, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification;

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting roles;

- High motivation level, drive and energy;

- Proficiency in English;

- Team player with strong result orientation.
