In detail, the responsibilities include (although not limited to)**:

- **Purchasing**:

- Manage the full cycle of Purchase Orders (PO) using management software and Excel

- Manage the logistics with suppliers

- Track and record PO deliveries

- Organize shipments (import/export), insurance and related logistics, specifically manage the custom duties, TARIC codes, VAT norms and exemptions

- Manage travels and business trips

- **Accounting**:

- Book journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

- Update accounts payable and perform bank reconciliations

- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records as needed

- Assist with other accounting processes

**Requirements**:

- Experience in accounting and knowledge in US GAAP (journal entries, leasing, amortization, wages)

- Excellent command of Excel and general MS Office package

- Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written)

- Diploma or Degree (secretarial, management, economics or similar)

- Ability to work in teams and meet company deadlines

- Confidentiality, excellent communication and organizational skills, precision, and flexibility
