**Tasks**:

- Consolidate the Direct Material reports on a PL level (actuals, budgets, expected)

- Prepare and analyze the Product Line financial results

- Deviation analysis together with commodity managers and factory controllers and create deviation analysis vs budget and forecasts

- Drive the annual budget and periodic forecasts as well as the strategic planning

- Alignment of definitions and methods for Purchasing results between different entities

- Identify and challenge critical areas for improvements and drive understanding of correlation between figures and activities

- Report monthly and quarterly key figures with necessary accuracy and completeness in time; support product line commodity managers with all necessary and relevant management information

- Raw Material analysis and Payment term reporting

- Ensure the correct use and maintain the correct calculation methods, processes and procedures in Purchasing and in the factories.

- Ensure training for new comers in the controlling department in the factories concerning purchasing reports.

- Ensure regular contact between the controlling departement in the factories and the purchasing organization.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years minimum experience in a financial position.

(preferably in a plant / operations)

- Strong Analytical skills and business mindset

- Good understanding of Direct Material (transaction) flow within a plant / company

- Self-Starter and able to work independently

- Team player and strong communication and leadership skills

- Effective in a matrix set up meeting diverse stakeholder requirements

- Languages: Fluent in English, any other language is an asset

- IT proficiency: Advanced MS office, ERP finance modules such SAP CO/PA are desirable.
