SRG Global **is looking for a **Purchasing Intern **to join our team in Lira (Valencia).

**What You Will Do

- Maintain vendor contact databases; ensuring up-to-date information and accurate records; scheduling meetings, preparing communication materials, and coordinating follow-ups. Tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices, keeping vendors informed and addressing any discrepancies promptly.

- Prepare requests for quotations (RFPs), helping to gather essential information for supplier evaluation. Aids with contracts by organizing documents, tracking expiration dates, and ensuring compliance.

- Cost analysis by collecting data, creating cost reports, and analyzing supplier pricing and performance metrics which enables data-driven decisions that optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Length of internship: 6 months (extendable).

- Driver's license and car.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
