RINA is looking for a **Purchasing Junior Advisor **for its office in Genova, Italy.

**Main Activities**:

- Vendor management and vendor register management for qualification, master data, analysis, (Microsoft D365, Excel/Pivot, Word, Powerpoint)

- Management of the assistance service to "internal customers"

- Assistance and completion of purchase requests and issuing of standard orders

- Management of contracts or Framework Agreements

- Planning and management of purchase activities

- Deploying of Corporate procedures aimed to guarantee common processes crossover the RINA Group companies and countries, improving the internal standardization, communication, management and company integrations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree

- Knowledge of the Office Suite

- Excellent level of English (knowledge of other languages would be a plus)

- Experience in similar offices (management, IT and accounting) will be a plus

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

- Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills

- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math and logic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication, both with external suppliers and with internal clients.
